Description
This is a light and aromatic beer that packs a punch. The goal is to re-produce the Southern Tier Lake shore Fog, let me know how we did. Golden-colored and flavorful, it's brewed with a sweet and malty flavor. The hops add a tropical, citrus and fruity character. The unique London Fog yeast strain contributes a New England IPA style haze, leaving a sweetness which accentuates the halt and hop flavors and aromas while retaining a velvety mouthfeel.
