Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs (ground shipping only) if the return is a result of our error (i.e. if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Special Orders
No return on special orders.
FREE Buy Online, Pickup In Store
Store Pickup lets you buy items online and pick them up in store. You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges, and you may be able to get your order faster.
Here’s how it works:
- During checkout, choose "Local Pickup" (new customers on cart page will need to click "Calculate Shipping" and enter Country, State, City and Zip Code). Local pickup only available for Ohio addresses.
- Place your order and wait to receive a “Ready for Pickup” e-mail. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation)
- Bring your ID and order number to the store and pick up your items.
- Pickup available during normal business hours (Hours are on the home page).
- We’ll hold your items at the store for 7 days. If you don’t make it in, we’ll contact you by phone and/or email.
- If you cannot pick up your order within 7 days, please call the store with a pickup date that works for you.

LARGE ITEMS Do Not Qualify for Discounted Shipping
Large and/or heavy items will ship USPS Parcel Select or Priority or via UPS Ground with a calculated shipping rate. Shipping times within the contiguous United States is 1-10 business days from the time the order is shipped, depending on the zone. Other zones could take longer.
P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please do not use a P.O. Box in your shipping address as this may delay your order. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address we will contact you to determine alternative shipping methods.
