Description

This Vienna beer recipe kit is a classic style. This kit uses an Ale yeast (temp range 57°F to 70°F) that has good tolerance for low fermentation temperatures 54°F that allows this strain to be used in lager-style beer The flavor is very light and clean with delicate malty aromas and slight toasty notes. This recipe has low bitterness, using a noble hop with a mild floral and herbal aroma.
