This Belgian Cherry Dubbel beer recipe kit is a Belgium Style. This kit uses an Ale yeast (temp range 77°F to 104°F) that has good tolerance for high fermentation temperatures between 77-104° that allows this strain to be used in lager-style beer The flavor is a Complex, malty flavor with mild tartness from the cherry. has a rich aroma. This recipe has low bitterness, using a noble hop with a mild Fruity and citrus taste.

This is an advanced all-grain beer making kit. Mash Tun is REQUIRED!
