Shipping and Store Pickup Information

FREE Buy Online, Pickup In Store

Store Pickup lets you buy items online and pick them up in store. You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges, and you may be able to get your order faster.

Here’s how it works:

  • During checkout, choose Store Pickup
  • Place your order and wait to receive a “Ready for Pickup” e-mail. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation)
  • Bring your ID and order number to the store and pick up your items.
  • Pickup hours are 10am – 5pm (Monday – Friday).
  • We’ll hold your items at the store for 7 days. If you don’t make it in, we’ll contact you by phone and/or email.
  • If you cannot pick up your order within 7 days, please call the store with a pickup date that works for you.

FREE Shipping on order $59 or more

Spend $59 or more and get free shipping to any address in the contiguous United States. Shipping Information

We ship anywhere in the United States (Contiguous US + Alaska and Hawaii) and Puerto Rico for a flat rate of $7.99. Not all items qualify for Flat Rate Shipping.

Most products will ship the same day if the order is received by 2pm Eastern Time. Orders received after 2pm Eastern Time, will ship next business day. We make every effort to keep everything on the website in stock, but on rare occasions, we may need some additional time to ship. In the event we can’t ship within 1 business day, we will contact you via email.

Small items will ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail.

LARGE ITEMS Do Not Qualify for Discounted Shipping

Large items will ship USPS, UPS Ground or Fedex Home delivery with a calculated shipping rate. Shipping time within the contiguous United States is 1-10 business days from the time the order is shipped, depending on the zone. Other zones could take longer.

P.O. Boxes

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please do not use a P.O. Box in your shipping address as this may delay your order. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address we will contact you to determine alternative shipping methods.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

We are so happy to ship to you. The same Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping policies apply. Large items use calculated shipping rates.

Military APO/FPO

We do not ship to military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
