If you are not happy with an item, please return it within 30 days and you will be credited for the item less the shipping cost. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging for refund or credit. If you receive a damaged or broken item, call us as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging materials. We will credit your account or send you a new item (as you prefer).
In the event of a shipment error or a damaged/defective item, My Brew Supply will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only, and only for returns made within 30 days of the purchase date.
